Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible for processing?
Valkyrie Capital Partners SA, Rue Le-Corbusier 12, 1208 Geneva, UID CHE-291.997.286 (“Valkyrie”, “we”). For any question about your data: contact@valkyriecapital.ch.
2. What data do we process, and where does it come from?
- Data you send us: by e-mail, by phone or at a meeting (for example your name, company, position, contact details and a description of your project).
- Subscription data for our publications: e-mail, language, date and record of consent.
- Business data from accessible sources: to contact companies in a targeted way, we use business contact details (name, position, company, business e-mail, LinkedIn profile) taken from the commercial register, company websites, LinkedIn and business databases such as Apollo.io. We state this source in our first message.
- Client and mandate data: corporate documents, the shareholder register and other information provided under a mandate, in confidence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, logged by our host for site security.
3. Why do we process it?
- To answer your requests and arrange a first conversation;
- To prepare, carry out and invoice our mandates;
- To send you our publications if you have subscribed;
- To contact, individually and in a targeted way, company directors and professionals (fiduciaries, lawyers, notaries) who may be interested in our services, based on our interest in developing our business; you may object at any time;
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations (for example, keeping accounting records).
We do not sell your data. We do not take automated individual decisions.
4. On what basis?
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), we process your data lawfully, proportionately and transparently. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), our legitimate interest in business-to-business outreach and site security (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your consent for publications (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Who do we share your data with?
- Technical service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Webflow, Inc., USA), customer relationship management and e-mailing (Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, France), business database (Apollo.io, USA), fonts (Google Fonts, Google LLC), and our office and video-conferencing tools.
- SwissChain group companies, where needed to carry out a mandate or for administration, and never to market other services without your consent.
- Project partners (lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, register provider, platforms), only with your consent and within your mandate.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Transfers abroad
Some providers are located outside Switzerland, notably in the European Union and the United States. Transfers to countries that the Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection (including EU states and, for certified companies, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) are permitted; otherwise, we use the standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC (Art. 16 FADP).
7. How long do we keep it?
- Requests with no follow-up: for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted;
- People contacted who did not reply: deleted after a limited period; people who object to outreach are kept on a minimal exclusion list (e-mail and date) so that their choice is respected;
- Clients and mandates: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records (Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations);
- Publications: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data (Art. 25 FADP), its correction, erasure or restriction, its release or transfer (Art. 28 FADP), and object to outreach at any time. Write to us at contact@valkyriecapital.ch; we reply within 30 days. Every e-mail we send contains an unsubscribe link.
You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU, the supervisory authority in your country.
9. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access, two-factor authentication on our tools, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and confidentiality commitments from our staff and partners.
10. Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses no audience-measurement tool and no advertising cookies. Only technical elements needed for the site to work may be used. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: when this happens, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page. Version of 29 October 2026.
