We went first.

We did it for ourselves first. Here is why, and what that guarantees you.

01The text

Explaining tokenisation is easy. Having actually done it is rarer.

Before offering anything to a company, our group went down the path itself.

SwissChain structured its holding, issued its own participation certificates as ledger-based securities via Aktionariat, opened its register, and faced the questions a director really asks: legal matters, costs, timelines, governance, holders.

What we took from it is a method, not a theory.

It is the only promise we make: never to advise you on a step we have not understood from the inside. And to tell you when a step is not right for you.

Our name comes from those who choose and who accompany. We choose our projects carefully, and we see them through to the end.

We do not ask you to take our word for it. We invite you to look at what we have done.

Valkyrie Capital Partners, Geneva
02The name

In Old Norse, valkyrja means “she who chooses”. In Norse mythology, the Valkyries chose, then accompanied, those they had chosen.

We keep both verbs. Choose our projects and our partners, carefully. Accompany to the end, and for the long term. The hero remains the entrepreneur.

03Three commitments
1

Lived, not theorised.

We only offer a step if our group has been through it or we have carried it out for a client. If not, we say so.

2

A public method.

Steps, timelines, fees and prerequisites are published. Partners and business ties, including within the group, are disclosed.

3

Choose, then accompany.

We turn down projects we do not know how to deliver. Those we accept, we see through to the end.

We do not ask you to take our word for it.

Look at what we have done: the SwissChain story.

Every project starts with an assessment.

Tell us about your company and your goals. We show you what tokenisation, a public price and unlocking the value of your securities would involve in practice, before any commitment.
